• a visa holder and have encountered an error message when attempting to use VEVO
• an organisation trying to obtain VEVO for Organisations access and the Organisation Account Administrator (OAA) is no longer employed in your organisation or you require clarification or assistance with VEVO
  

You will receive a response within 5 working days.

This form is not for enquiries about:

• Access to ImmiAccount. Call the Global Service Centre for issues relating to your password or secret questions.
• Requests for a Reference Number to use VEVO. Call the Global Service Centre or use the VEVO Request for Reference Number Form to request your visa grant number.
• Changes to your passport details. You must tell the Department about your new passport before you check VEVO with your new passport details.
• Electronic Travel Authority enquiries. Refer to the Electronic Travel Authority visa (subcl​ass 601)​​​ page or the FAQs within the ETA app.
  
• Requests for a previous visa grant number or details of a visa that is not ‘in-effect’. VEVO can only be used to check your current visa status​
  

You will not receive a response if your request does not relate to VEVO, our systems show you have successfully obtained your visa details, or less than 7 working days have passed since a decision was made on your application.
