• a visa holder and have encountered an error message when attempting to use VEVO.
• an organisation trying to obtain access to VEVO and the Organisation Account Administrator (OAA) is no longer employed.
• an organisation requiring assistance with VEVO.

We aim to respond to your enquiry within 5 working days. Do not send through repeat requests for assistance during this period.

• changes to your passport details - before you can use VEVO you must tell the Department about your new passport
• Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) enquiries – see Electronic Travel Authority visa (subclass 601) or the FAQs within the ETA app
• requests for a visa grant number for a visa that is not ‘in-effect’ - VEVO can only be used to check your current visa status
• requests for a visa grant letter – you may be able to obtain your visa grant letter through ImmiAccount.
