Have your passport or travel  document ready before you contact us.
We  will ask you a number of questions to establish your identity. We need to establish your identity to comply with the 
   Privacy Act 1988 before discussing or updating your record, this includes if you're authorised to act on  behalf of someone. 
We cannot discuss your migration matter with an un-authorised third party without your permission. To give permission you need to submit the relevant 956 Form. 
Global Service Centre
You can contact our Global Service Centre (GSC) Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm your local time. We receive a high volume of telephone enquiries each day. Our GSC is closed on Australian National Public Holidays. Monday is our peak day and wait times may be longer.
