Family Migration program

Australia offers a range of permanent visa options for aged dependent relatives, carers and remaining relatives of settled Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to live in Australia.

A limited number of Other Family visa places are available each Migration Program year. Once we reach this number, we do not grant any more visas that program year.

Demand for these visas is greater than the places available each year. As a result, processing times for Other Family visa applications can be lengthy.

You can personalise any of the below web pages depending on whether you are an applicant or a sponsor. You can do this after clicking on the relevant link.
