Use our document checklists below to help you submit a complete
Request for International Movement Records.
We need different supporting documents, depending on whose movement records you are seeking.
Important:
- All Non-English documents must be translated.
- You don't need to have any documents certified unless we ask you for these.
- Accepted file types are PDF, JPG, and PNG.
- The maximum file size is 3 MB each. Documents cannot be more than 15 MB in total.
- You must attach each document separately, with a different file name for each.
