National Innovation visa EOI form
An EOI is not a visa application. When you submit an EOI, you are expressing interest to apply for a visa. If you submit an EOI this does not guarantee we will invite you to apply.
If we invite you to apply, this is
not a pre-assessment of your eligibility for a National Innovation visa. We assess visa applications on the merits of the application and supporting evidence. Before you submit an EOI check your eligibility for the
National Innovation visa (subclass 858).
If you are not eligible for this visa program, you may wish to explore
other visa options.
