- sponsorship fees
- nomination fees
- citizenship application fees
- pre-visa ballot application fees.
This authority outlines how and why we can grant a refund.
You pay a fee so we can assess and validate your visa or citizenship application. We will not refund these fees to you because:
- your application, nomination or sponsorship was refused or unsuccessful, or
- there is a change of mind in pursuing the visa or citizenship application.
Important
If you reverse or cancel a payment for your application, it may become invalid. You may incur a debt to the Commonwealth.
This may limit your ability to get another visa.
