The primary audience for our skilled visa newsletters is Registered Migration Agents (RMAs). This is because the majority of applications for temporary and permanent skilled visas are represented by RMAs. These newsletters are intended to give an overview of recent changes to migration visa policy and practice for the attention of RMAs. However, while every attempt is made to ensure accuracy, they do not replace or supersede formal policy and procedural advice. LEGENDcom should be consulted to ensure that RMAs have considered the most up to date information from us when advising their clients. RMAs are advised to continue checking these pages on a regular basis as new articles, or updates to existing articles, could occur without prior notice.
