Update details

Overview

Update details allows you to provide the department with new information or to change information in relation to your application. This includes the following forms:

  • Appointment or withdrawal of an authorised recipient (including migration agent)
  • Change of address details
  • Change of email address
  • Change of passport details
  • Notification of changes in circumstances
  • Notification of incorrect answer(s)
  • Request to cancel a temporary resident visa.

If your application has been finalised, only the following forms will be available:

  • Change of address details
  • Change of email address
  • Change of passport details
  • Request to cancel a temporary resident visa.

About the screen

The Update details screen contains links to the available forms and a List of updates provided table.

The List of updates provided table displays the following:

  • Update

    This is the type of form that has been submitted.

  • Client

    This is the name of the applicant to whom the form relates. If the form relates to all applicants on the application, this will display 'All applicants'.

  • Status

    This is the status of the form. If the status is 'Submitted', the date the form was submitted to the department will be displayed.

  • Action

    This allows you to view a PDF of the submitted form.
