Access your ImmiAccount
To log in to ImmiAccount:
- Go to
ImmiAccount
- Enter your Username and Password
- Select 'Login'.
- Enter the 6-digit authentication code from your authenticator app
- Select 'Submit'.
If you cannot log in to your ImmiAccount, use the ‘I have forgotten my ImmiAccount
username or
password links.
If you no longer have access to your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) app use the ‘I no longer have access to my
multi-factor authentication app' link. You will need to enter your password and correctly answer your secret questions to access your account. You will then be required to again set up your MFA options.
You can also ask your Organisation Account Administrator (OAA) for help to reset your password or MFA before you contact us.
