If you are a New Zealand citizen and your family members are New Zealand citizens, they may be eligible for a Special Category visa (subclass 444)(SCV).
If you are a New Zealand citizen, other than an
eligible New Zealand citizen, and you hold an SCV but your family members are not New Zealand citizens or Australian citizens, they may be eligible for a New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (temporary) visa (subclass 461).

Permanent residence and citizenship
To sponsor a family member for a permanent visa, you must be:
If you are a permanent visa holder,
eligible New Zealand citizen or an Australian citizen and your children were born in Australia, they may already be Australian citizens by birth. You can apply for their proof of citizenship.
From 1 July 2023, all SCV holders can apply directly for
citizenship (by conferral). You do not need to first apply for and be granted a permanent visa. Before you apply, you should check that you are
eligible.
