Your personal details have changed

​Contact Details

If your contact details such as your email address, phone number, residential or postal address have changed, the quickest way to tell us is in your ImmiAccount.

Update Details in ImmiAccount

  • Login to ImmiAccount.
  • Use the '+' icon to expand the application details.
  • Select ‘Update details’.
  • Select 'Change of contact details'.
  • Select the applicant.
  • Enter the new contact details.
  • Enter the reason for the change.
  • Select 'Submit'.

Your contact details will be updated instantly.

If you have not used ImmiAccount before, you may be able to create a new account and import your application to use the online change of contact form.

You can import an application into ImmiAccount if: 

  • you have an in-progress paper application (other than a Parent, Carer, Child, Orphan, Remaining Relative or Partner visa application) or
  • an online application lodged for you by someone else, such as a Migration Agent.

If you cannot use ImmiAccount, you can you can tell us about your new contact details using the Update contact details form​. Your contact details will be updated in 14 days.​
